How to Use Your Smart Mouth Pizza Dough to Feed More Kids During COVID-19
April 3, 2020
The bravery and dedication that so many of you have shown during this crisis is incredible. Many of you have been doing bulk meals and pizza kits using our product in order to keep kids full and healthy. If you are not utilizing your leftover dough by par-baking please see below for a “how to” video.
Please keep in mind that this is all about mass quantities! We don’t recommend using this method down the road, but under these circumstances, this is a great way to provide a nutritious meal to your students. Don’t have time to watch the full video? Scroll down for some tips.
How to get started:
Use a standard sheet pan. Add cooking paper and spray. Add 8 frozen pizza discs and set out for 20 minutes before proofing.
Use your warmer at its lowest setting and open the door for 45 minutes. Or, leave out in a warm kitchen for 2 hours.
Par-bake instructions:
Convection oven settings: 6 minutes at 400 degrees. Adjust if necessary.
Turbo Chef oven settings: 1:25 minutes at 440 degrees.

We’re excited to help you keep your students fed and healthy! We were trying to get out in the schools to help and even use our food truck when available, but we’ve been instructed to stay at home. As soon as we have the approval, we plan on getting back out there. In the meantime, please know that we are here (remotely from our homes) and if you need anything at all, please call!
Please keep safe. We love you guys and want you to know your dedication is inspiring to so many people out in the world today.
